I love yoga. There are so many facets to it. I enjoy flow yoga. I have a hard time making habits that I stick to, so sometimes yoga gets postponed. It doesn't mean I don't miss it when it does.
Today I found this video on Super Brain Yoga via Vital Juice. I just did it and you know what? I feel a difference in blood flow. How cool is that? If I can just stop opening the fridge when I meant to open the dishwasher I will be happy. Check it out and try it out. It might just brighten your day.
