Mos def. I dropped my iphone in the toilet at work. No sadder words have been typed. I think it's going to be ok, but some of the pictures that I took this weekend might take awhile to get on here. Lucky thing the toilet had just been cleaned and I didn't pee on it. The back pocket is no place for a phone.
I did make Kristina's Buttermilk Flax Pancakes this weekend. They were so amazing that I had them for breakfast and lunch on Saturday. I made a couple of tweaks.
- I used 2TB melted ghee and 2TB coconut oil in the batter instead of the butter.
- I used lactose free kefir instead of buttermilk.
- I also added bananas.
- I fried them in coconut oil.
- I put sliced raw almonds over the top and served with maple syrup/raw honey blend.
Man, can I fit another I statement into this post?
Next time I think I might try chia seeds and see if they work as well as the flax. Josh and I are both hooked.
