I did this oil treatment to my hair on Sunday and let me just say I loved it. I want to do this type of thing more often. It didn't take that long and I think I will let it stay on overnight. I have an old fashioned cap hair dryer, so I zapped it with a little heat while I browsed the internet. My hair is soft and my scalp feels better than it has in months. Easy and fun.
